When PPS Property Services’ new owner took the reins, he had a clear goal: a complete rebrand. The company needed a strong visual identity that would make them stand out in a competitive market. Connecting with property management groups and rental property owners was key, and they wanted a brand that felt both modern and professional. They also needed a long-term partner—someone who could not only design their brand but also grow with them. That’s where we came in.
Our journey with PPS started with a deep discovery session. We dove into their goals, audience, and brand vision. Through research, we built detailed user personas, uncovering what property managers look for and how to best position the brand.
Armed with insights, we crafted three distinct stylescapes—each offering a unique take on their brand identity. Once a direction was chosen, we moved into designing their website. We audited their previous site, mapped out a new user experience, and wireframed a structure that streamlined client interactions. The new site wasn’t just about looking good—it needed to work seamlessly, leading to higher engagement and conversions.
We then transitioned into design and development. A Figma prototype allowed for hands-on feedback before we brought it to life in Webflow.
