About Us
How it all started!
Our ThreadLink story started as an innovative way to grow our other company, actually! We work with a therapy practice and noticed that clients weren’t leaving as many reviews as we would have liked. So we were trying to find a simpler way for them to connect. After researching networking and chip development, the ThreadLink was born! Since our first products launched, we have grown to expand our team to offer more than just smart products!
After launching these products, we soon discovered that other local companies were experiencing the same challenge. They needed a convenient way for their clients to connect and grow their revenue. So with our combined professional experience in marketing, we offered full service packages and the company took off!
What do we do
Our company is completely digital, meaning we serve clients from all over the country. Though, we have a passion for the Knoxville community I (Faschyn), am originally from the area. As a girl who grew up exploring the woods of the great smoky mountains, East TN is my home. It’s also home to our copywriter, Kimberly Mathes, who was born and raised here as well. This community, and the businesses within it, are very dear to us.
We genuinely care for every client company as if it were our own. We put our hearts and creative souls into branding strategies to grow their revenue. Our goal is to make our clients’ dreams become reality by scaling their companies, taking them to the next level. Without an effective marketing team, it can be difficult to do everything themselves. So we take over the complicated marketing side while they witness the growth.
We are known for our creativity, design style, and customer service. Our smart products instantly link leads with just the tap of their phones. We offer acrylic signs and 3 different types of business cards, designed to efficiently link people together.
Through our full-service marketing, our clients are offered packages that include ad campaigns, social media management, graphic design, search engine optimization, website design/hosting, copywriting, and printing. Every service is customized to their branding strategy.
